Job Summary: The HR Manager plays a pivotal role in providing operational oversight for all human resources functions within Prominence Health. The HR Manager position is responsible for aligning business objectives and HR processes, employment practices, and laws with staff and leadership. The position builds and maintains partnerships across the organization's mid-level leadership as well as the HR function locally and with corporate to serve as an advisor and coach to support and deliver value-added service to staff and leadership that reflects the business objectives of the organization. This position requires a deep understanding of HR processes, workflow, employment practices, and laws. Adaptability to diverse leadership teams and cultures is essential for tailored advising provided to staff and leadership to meet specific organizational needs.
This role requires a high level of independence and collaboration, contributing to moderately complex aspects of projects. The position maintains an effective level of business literacy about the business unit's financial position, midrange plans, culture, and competition. This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities, but does serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department.
